The ISR Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) provides a unified communication system between all vehicle operation personnel. The Voice over IP (VOIP) system is composed of voice call handling, voice recording and a dispatch event manager (trouble ticket).
The CAD is fully integrated with ISR FleetTrack system such that pertaining data is only entered once into the system. All calls directed through the dispatch system are logged with the call being recorded as an option. A trouble ticket can automatically be created as calls come in. Call Requests are dispatched to the ISR FleetTrack using the MDT unit located in each vehicle. The systems automatically initiate a voice call back to the originator. Calls can also be initiated manually from the central to a specific vehicle. The system allows a supervisor to create, modify, transmit and close a dispatch event. Several events can be managed simultaneously by a supervisor.
