The Regional Director is responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of Profit Centers within an assigned territory. This includes overall responsibility for:
* Achieving profit results consistent with predetermined forecast/expectations
* Effectively managing the recruitment, training, development and compensation of regular staff
* Implementing, monitoring and managing a consistent business development program within an assigned territory to achieve predetermined expectations.
* Provide overall supervision and counsel to staff.
* Develop, implement, and manage a detailed business development program of personal sales calls, telephone sales, direct mail, office administration and public relations for assigned territory.
* Prepare a yearly forecast of projected sales, gross profit and net profit.
* Prepare various periodic reports to corporate management on area activities and forecasts.
Successful candidates will have:
* Bachelor degree.
* Five plus years experience in business development.
* Three plus years experience in management with responsibility for managing people.
* Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
* Travel to potential/existing client locations as required.
Job Description:
Seeking a .NET Software Developer with at least 3 years or more of .NET programming experience. The selected candidates will work in small groups, and will deliver quality solutions to client companies.
Candidates must possess a BS degree or equivalent experience and must have experience with ASP.NET, Web Services, Windows Forms, C#.NET, and MVC.
In addition, at least one of the following is required:
* Broad experience with .NET Framework (1.1/2.0)
* Experience with ADO.NET, SQL Reporting Services, and SQL 2000/2005
* Experience throughout the software lifecycle
* Experience with ASP.NET and thick-client WinForms applications are plusses
* Experience with .NET 3.0
* Security, including CAS and WCS
Job Description:
* Three or more years of experience in successfully managing diverse projects
* Demonstrated application of PM skills and intimate knowledge of PM methodologies
* Excellent listening, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups / teams to include planning, presentations, and moderation
* Ability to estimate project dollars and resources necessary to successfully complete projects
* Effective planning and organizational skills
* Proven ability to effectively lead teams to achieve project objectives
* Expertise in MS Project
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute is highly desirable
