Leader in development and integration of Intelligent Transport Systems

ISR was incorporated in the Unites States of America in 1986. For the first eight years ISR focused on Research and Development in the integration of sophisticated air, ground and marine tracking systems.

With this expertise on hand, ISR became a prime contractor and subcontractor to large defense establishment on a variety of military, law enforcement and civilian Command Control Communication and Intelligence (C3I) systems.

Through these extensive efforts, ISR gained a high degree of expertise in software integration of mapping, tracking, wireless communications and back-end database and information systems.

This laid the foundation for ISR in the nineties to extend its expertise in the commercial and transit markets of Fleet Management, Automatic Vehicle Location Systems (AVL), Real-Time Passenger Information System, Covert Vehicle Tracking and other Mobile Data applications. ISR also developed the Silent Positioning Monitor (SPM), a very smart and low cost position sensor to compliment its family of software.

ISR systems are found with numerous governments, utility, service, security and other commercial enterprises. ISR continues to develop new innovative systems through R&D contracts with the armies, custom and border service, and different R&D organizations around the world. Much of the ISR R&D aids the performance and capabilities of its commercial products. This on-going R&D insures continuity and stability in the rapidly evolving computing, data and voice communication.

The deployment of ISR commercial systems which began in 1999 now has over 40,000 AVL units in United States, Canada and Europe.
