ISR products enable transit and fleet agencies to improve the operational efficiency, safety, and security of the nation's public transportation systems.

FleetTrack is ISR’s flagship commercial fleet management system. The solution is comprised of the FleetTrack Management Software, Silent Monitoring Positioning Hardware (SPM) and Mobile Data Terminal (MDT).

FleetTrack includes a full mapping system supporting most of the leading mapping products in the world. Among them are NavTech, TeleAtlas, GDT, Tiger, Etak, MapInfo, ArcInfo maps. The system is capable of tracking very large fleets and is well suited for small fleets as well. It includes a state-of-the-art user interface allowing the creation of toolbar-based interface tailored to the user knowledge level and access restriction.

The system integrates with standard SQL databases such as MS-SQL and ORACLE and with reports applications capable of generating different reports depicting the fleet behaviour and activities. FleetTrack also includes a full featured TCP/IP interface protocol allowing it to integrate with third party back-end business applications passing data to and from such applications and the vehicles or field personal with cellular phones or PDA’s

The SPM allow for a variety of functions including real-time and historical tracking, event-based monitoring, exception monitoring and wireless transactions. The SPM communicates over conventional radio and commercial digital networks. The SPM series integrates with mobile data terminals, hand-held computers, and laptop computers. It provides the capability to hook up sensors and vehicle controls, such as remote “panic” alarms, open door sensors, turn on/off vehicle alarm.

The MDT allows for two-way messaging (free messaging from the base station and up to 1000 canned messages with numerals from the vehicle). It also includes ticket management, access control and dispatch/security applications that are fully integrated with back-end database, dispatch and ERP systems.
